Souvenir Program – Sponsored Features and Donor List

 We invite you to donate to support our work with women and girls by adding something to our special professionally published
5th Anniversary Fundraising Souvenir Program. An individual, business, or organization can submit a Feature to be displayed in the Souvenir Program. We offer three sizes of Features, 1/4 page, 1/2 page, and a full page. You can use your Feature to send Venterprises ~ Be PurposeFULL a congratulatory message, honor a loved one, celebrate a special life event, and more. See below for some Feature examples.  You don’t have to be a graphic artist to create a Feature. We provide a template and easy-to-use instructions. You can also make a donation of $10 to be added to the Donor List printed in the Souvenir Program. All Orders (i.e., a completed Order Form, a Feature computer File – if appropriate, and full Payment) must be received as specified below by Friday, March 13, 2020.



  • Features will be printed in color on an 8.5”x11” page with a white background (unless full or partial color background is added by the purchaser/Feature creator and submitted in the Feature File). All Features will have a standard border added.
  • Images within a Feature, and the final Feature file image should have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI for quality results.
  • All advertising copy (text, logos, graphics, etc.) must be submitted camera-ready as a single image computer file in one of the following file formats: PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PICT, PNG, GIF, BMP, or RAW.
  • Venterprises is not responsible for spell checking or otherwise proofing submitted Feature files. No proofs will be provided by Venterprises before final publication.
  • Venterprises reserves the right to reject any submission not in keeping with the Organization’s standards. Dangerous or derogatory content is not allowed. Click here for details on excluded content.
  • The business/organization/individual submitting the Order assumes all infringement liability for content (e.g. text, logos, images, etc.).
  • Businesses and Organizations may not use text comparing them to their competitors, selling products, or offering discounts. 


  • A Feature File Template is available for your convenience. If you choose to use the template you may download it, OR request the Feature File Template be sent to you (by emailing 
  • The Feature File Template is an empty, single line bordered box with preformatted margins in Word format (.DOC). Simply add your text and/or image(s) to the box and save the final image per the easy-to-use  template instructions.
  • There is a template for each available Feature size. Download Quarter (1/4) Page Template, Download (1/2) Page Template, Download Full (1) Page Template
  • You do not have to use the provided template. You may create your Feature using any application, as long as your saved file is in one of the following file formats: PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PICT, PNG, GIF, BMP, or RAW.  While you don’t have to save your image within the Word application, you may use the template to make sure your final image is the correct size.

  • If you complete the ONLINE Order Form, you may complete your online payment directly via the Order Form page or send a check/money order as below.
  • If you submit a PAPER Order Form  (scanned, by email, or by postal mail) you may pay online at the bottom of this page OR send a check/money order with your Order Form.
  • Electronic payment may be made online via PayPal (all major credit cards and debit cards accepted) for any Order (i.e., orders submitted either online, by email, or by postal mail). You may complete your electronic payment via the button on the bottom of the Souvenir Program Order Form.
  • Check/Money Order payment must be made payable to: “Venterprises”; Memo Line: “Anniversary Souvenir Program,” and mailed to 14521 Farmcrest Place, Silver Spring, MD 20905.

ORDER DEADLINE: All Orders (i.e., a completed Order Form, a Feature computer File – if appropriate, and full Payment) must be received as specified above by Friday, March 13, 2020.
